This is perfect for those of us that may lack creativity in the kitchen and want a custom plan to keep them on track. It’s also perfect for those of us that want to spend 15 minutes in the kitchen each day and for those of us who want to spend an hour in the kitchen (goodness bless you!). If you’re craving a little more personalization and accountability when it comes to cooking in the kitchen this is the package for you. First, you’ll fill out a questionnaire where you share your health goals, dietary restrictions, likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. Then, I get to creating a custom meal plan for you (and your family if you want to make it a family affair). You’ll receive a fresh 7-day meal plan each week (which you have the chance to have me revise - I want to make sure you love all the recipes I give you!) and 4 weekly 30 minute coaching calls to check in on your progress, discuss next week’s meal plan, and keep you accountable.
