"This is a lot easier than what I was doing before. I would work out hard and diet to what I was thinking was good for me, but it was all done blindly.. I had no real plan in place besides dropping weight. Natasha set me up with small changes and helped me paint a vision of success that was more than just weight loss. I have been doing the program for over 3 months now and stick to my diet. I feel like I can keep it up and have seen decent weight loss, better sleep and better understanding of how to take care of myself."
