Custom Meal Plan

I create custom meal plans specific to your dietary needs and goals. I'll teach you food selection and basic food preparation. Most of all I will teach you how to create simple and delicious plant-based meals that don’t require you to spend the entire day in the kitchen (unless you’re into that sort of thing). This isn’t a diet, it’s a delicious new way to enjoy the food you eat. Trust me, there will be no shortage of tasty desserts.

Healthy Kitchen

Revamp your pantry with nutritious items and architect your kitchen to better serve your health goals. We'll sweep through your pantry taking out and donating anything that no longer serves you. Swap out GMO for organic, artificial for natural, tired for delicious.

Cooking Class

I offer private cooking classes on-site or in my Cambridge kitchen for you or your group. Meals are mostly plant-based and easily replicable. I can work around any allergy (my kitchen is 100% gluten free).
Cost is dependent on amount of attendees and time. Prices start at $175.

Ayurvedic Cleanse

Feeling sluggish, bloated, tired and unfocused? It’s time to hit the reset button! I can guide you trough a safe and effective detox program where you not only will lose some weight, but feel rejuvenated, energized and glowing again.  I believe it’s important to cleanse our bodies from time to time. Ayurveda is a huge fan of seasonal detoxes. A lot of detoxes on the market can be too intense, high in sugar or put your body into starvation mode where you’ll gain weight once you stop the cleanse.
